After, people can use the hotdesking and work from here etc

We all spend a huge portion of our lives at work so it's essential that our workplace environment supports our physical and mental wellbeing.

Lancashire Adult Learning (LAL) who will explain the importance of workplace wellbeing from an employer and employee's perspective. They will also talk though the different ways you can support your own & your employee's wellbeing - whether your workforce is office based, hybrid or on the move. The morning will be interactive, so be prepared to get involved so you can experience first hand the wellbeing benefits from a variety of bite size activities.

LAL offers FREE Wellbeing in the Workplace sessions to adults over the age of 19 who live and work within Lancashire. Courses include; Desk Based Yoga, Creative Reset, Mindset Matters, A Wellbeing Approach to Work & Productivity, Managing the Menopause in Life and Work, Men's Health Awareness and much more.

During this session you'll find out how you can incorporate some of these into your own daily wellbeing routine or your workplace wellbeing strategy . 

If you want to optimise your workforce's wellbeing this is a session not to be missed.  

Car Parking

We have plenty of onsite parking and have 2 car parks, however these do lead to different parts of the college. For the Hameldon building, we advise to park in our top car park. To get to this car park, please follow this address: Accrington and Rossendale College, Sandy Lane, Accrington, BB5 2AR. We will have your visitor badges in Hameldon, and visitors will need to collect one of these on arrival.
